Linea 100 Grand Cru EVOO 50cl Congedi

Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Linea 100 Grand Cru.

The “Cento Grand Cru” extra virgin olive oil is the premium oil from Frantoio Oleario Congedi, a blend of the varieties Coratina, Frantoio and Leccino, hand-picked in October.
A typical first class Puglian extra virgin olive oil with medium fruit, perfectly harmonious, strong bitter herb and spicy tones, hints of green apple & mown grass.
Works well with Legume soups, braised pulses, grilled meats and green salads.

The beautifully designed gold label celebrates the 100-year history of the Congedi family that has been cultivating and transforming the main fruit of Salento for over a century.
